LVN​/LPT Behavioral Health

Overview

Walnut Creek Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a 180‑bed skilled nursing facility within the Generations Healthcare network. The role is for Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN/LPT) who will work with the Special Treatment Program – Behavioral Health unit. Position is full‑time, covering PM and NOC shifts.

Hourly rate: $42–$47. Full‑time employees receive benefits beginning the first of the month following hire. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and potential sign‑on bonuses subject to eligibility.

• CA, Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPT)
• Ability to communicate in English
• Minimum 1 year experience as an LVN/LPT
• Behavioral health or psychiatric experience required

The position requires successful completion of a background check, a pre‑employment physical, and drug screening.
