Responsibilities

* Assist residents with activities of daily living

* Provide compassionate, high-quality care while promoting resident dignity and independence

* Work collaboratively with CNAs, nurses, and other caregivers

* Observe and report changes in residents' conditions

* Help create a safe, welcoming environment for residents

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

* Willing to work as a team member

* Love and respect for aging persons

* Patience, tact, and cheerful disposition with team members, residents, and families
