Responsibilities

* Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal care, mobility, and comfort needs

* Provide compassionate, respectful care while promoting resident dignity and independence

* Monitor residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff

* Assist with creating a safe and comfortable environment throughout the night

* Support nurses and fellow caregivers as part of a dedicated care team

* Respond to resident needs with patience, kindness, and professionalism

Qualifications

* CNA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred

* Dependable and able to work independently during overnight hours

* Strong communication and teamwork skills

* Genuine compassion and respect for older adults

* Patient, tactful, and cheerful with residents, families, and team members
