This trauma ICU nursing role in Walnut Creek offers a hands‑on experience at a Level II trauma facility, focusing on neuro, cardiac, pulmonary, and renal patients. You will be responsible for managing ventilators, central lines, titrating drips, and responding to a variety of critical conditions. The position involves floating between the MSICU, Stepdown, and Neuro units, requiring flexibility and a solid grasp of ICU protocols.
Join a highly collaborative team that includes respiratory therapists, social workers, and MDs, with brand‑new eICU remote monitoring supporting patient care. You will work 12‑hour night shifts for a total of 36 hours per week over 13 weeks, providing ample opportunity to hone your critical care skills in a fast‑paced environment.
