Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Full-Time Tice Valley Post Acute | Walnut Creek, CA Starting Pay: $23.00 per Hour Tice Valley Post Acute is looking for caring, dependable, and motivated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our outstanding nursing team. We are currently hiring Full-Time CNAs for AM, PM, and NOC shifts.

4 Days On / 2 Days Off Rotation

What You'll DoProvide quality daily nursing care according to each resident's individualized care plan Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

Help residents during meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration

Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team Answer call lights promptly while providing compassionate care Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges

Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents

Document care accurately and follow all facility policies and procedures

Qualifications

Current, active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate, dependable, and resident-centered approach to care Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment

Previous skilled nursing or post-acute experience is a plus, but not required
