Essential Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
  • Provide compassionate, respectful care while promoting resident dignity and independence.
  • Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to licensed nursing staff.
  • Measure and accurately record vital signs.
  • Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
  • Follow individualized care plans and facility policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality resident care.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to residents' needs and requests.
Qualifications
  • Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
  • Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care.
  • Previous skilled nursing or healthcare experience preferred, but not required.
  • New CNA graduates are encouraged to apply.
