• Perform assessment/data collection focusing on various patient statuses.
• Formulate goal-directed plans of care.
• Implement care consistently and thoroughly.
• Establish patient care priorities based on needs and resources.
• Identify and address patient/family learning needs.
• Demonstrate awareness of patient/family rights and cultural beliefs.
• Provide and coordinate care for patients.
• Establish effective working relationships with healthcare team members.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by the healthcare team.
• Participate in staff development activities.

* Education:

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.

* Experience:

• 1 year of experience as a Wound Care RN in an acute care setting within the last 3 years.

Certifications:

• Current Registered Nurse License in California.
• Basic Life Support certification required.
• CWOCN or CWCN certification preferred.
