The Nurse Manager II for ICU Critical Care is responsible for leading patient care delivery systems and practice standards, ensuring optimal patient care, and managing clinical operations across multiple locations. • Pay: $239,000 - $276,100/year
• Location: Walnut Creek, CA

• Schedule: Full Time

• Lead the implementation of best practice models in patient care.
• Facilitate collaboration with healthcare providers to achieve optimal patient care.
• Monitor resource needs to ensure appropriate assignment and utilization.
• Manage the use and maintenance of equipment, supplies, and medications.
• Ensure a safe environment for patients and employees.
• Provide clinical supervision and maintain clinical expertise.
• Delegate tasks aligned to scope of practice.
• Oversee implementation of organizational changes and best practices.
• Manage hospital administrative functions to support patient care.
• Develop strategic partnerships with physicians and service area leaders.

Education:

• Associate's Degree (ADN) required

Experience:

• Leadership experience in critical care or related specialty areas

Licenses &

Certifications:

• Current RN License in California
• BLS certification required
• ACLS preferred
