PRNPay Rate: $45.00 per hour Facility:
Tice Valley Post Acute Responsibilities Provide  direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans.

Administer medications and treatments as ordered.

Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes to the appropriate healthcare providers.

Perform assessments and document resident care accurately and timely.

Collaborate with CNAs, LVNs, physicians, and other members of the healthcare team.

Respond appropriately to resident needs and emergencies.

Maintain compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and nursing standards.

Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life.

Qualifications Current and valid California RN license.

Current CPR certification.

Previous skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred.

Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

Reliable, compassionate, and committed to quality resident care.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
