• Perform assessment/data collection systematically, focusing on various patient statuses.
• Formulate a goal-directed plan of care when appropriate.
• Implement care consistently and thoroughly.
• Establish priorities for patient care based on needs and available resources.
• Identify and meet patient/family learning needs.
• Demonstrate awareness of patient/family rights and cultural beliefs.
• Provide and coordinate care for patients/patient populations.
• Establish effective working relationships with healthcare team members.
• Delegate and coordinate duties among healthcare team members.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by team members.

Education:

• Associate's Degree (ADN) required

Experience:

• Experienced level required
