Listing Project Coordinator
Full-Time | In-Office (Walnut Creek, CA) | Salaried (Exempt)
The Renée White Team is seeking a Listing Project Coordinator to lead the operational side of bringing homes to market. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing complex projects, coordinating many moving parts, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Each listing functions like its own project. From the moment a listing agreement is signed until the home goes under contract, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution required to prepare the property for market.
This role is less about checking boxes and more about owning the process—anticipating what needs to happen next, coordinating vendors and team members, and keeping everything moving forward on schedule.
You’ll work closely with the listing agent and operations team to ensure each home launches prepared, on time, and at the highest standard.
If you enjoy bringing order to complexity and take pride in making things run smoothly, this role offers the opportunity to play a critical part in a high-performing real estate team.
