Seeking professional Server / Waiter / Waitress / Wait staff with relevant experience. This is a very important role for us and we rely heavily on our serving staff. They manage the pulse of the dining room and ensure patrons have a memorable dining experience.

Server / Waiter / Waitress / Wait staff is generally offered as a part time restaurant job. Prior experience as server, waiter, waitress, wait staff, runner, foh, front of the house or other FOH part time restaurant job highly desirable.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Food Handlers Card OLCC Certification
• Previous serving experience preferred
• Excellent oral communication skills required
• Positive interpersonal skills required

Responsibilities May Include:

• Prepare dining room tables by clothing tables, setting up candles, napkins, service plates and utensils
• Help guests select food and beverages by presenting menu; offering cocktails; suggesting courses; explaining the chef's specialties; identifying appropriate wines; answering food preparation questions
• Stay updated on current menu choices, specialties and menu deviations, knowing if the kitchen staff is running out of any items, etc.
• Transmit orders to bar and kitchen by recording guests' choices; identifying guests' special dietary needs and special requests
• Serve orders by picking up and delivering guests' choices from bar and kitchen; deliver accompaniments and condiments
• Properly open and pour wine at the tableside
• Obtain revenues by issuing bill; accepting payment; returning change or credit card and signature slip to patrons
• Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by manager
• Protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies
• Fill in for absent staff as needed
• Assist with special events as needed
• Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently
• Promptly address customer service issues and refer customers to management when necessary
