Domino's Pizza is seeking a Store Assistant Manager. The role requires leadership over store operations, customer service, inventory management, and personnel development. Managers will oversee shift scheduling, store profitability, quality control, and training of staff.

• Operate all equipment and manage product preparation.
• Stock ingredients, control inventory, and complete paperwork.
• Process telephone and in‑person orders.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and facility.
• Provide orientation and on‑job training to new team members.
• Communicate orders accurately with staff and customers.
• Perform basic math and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Use computer or touchscreen to enter orders.
• Collaborate with team to meet store goals and quality standards.

• Minimum age 16 years.
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Basic math proficiency, including making correct monetary change.
• Motor coordination for accurate, fast movements.
• Ability to enter orders on computer or touchscreen.
• Leadership and ability to direct activities, work with others, and work under stress.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.

• Exposure to temperatures ranging from 36°F to 90°F+.
• Potential exposure to food fumes, cornmeal dust, and other kitchen odors.
• Work in cramped quarters, walk‑in coolers, and areas with moving machinery.
• Routine tasks include pushing, pulling, carrying, and lifting.
• Standing most of the time; walking on tile and carpeted surfaces.
• Requires bending, stooping, crouching, reaching, and continuous use of hands.
