Retail Sales Associate

Kerae Medical is looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. You will be responsible for assisting customers with purchases and providing exceptional customer service in a retail environment. Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering questions, processing payments, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, stocking shelves, managing inventory, and creating displays. You will also be delivering medical equipment like wheelchairs, walkers, oxygen concentrators, and hospital beds to patients' homes or healthcare facilities.

• Wednesday–Friday: 3:00 PM – 7:30 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM

• Greeting customers, offering assistance, answering questions, and handling complaints.
• Assisting customers with product selection, recommending items, and processing purchases.
• Operating cash registers, processing payments, and handling returns.
• Assisting with store opening/closing procedures, cleaning, and organizing the sales floor.
• Delivering medical equipment like wheelchairs, walkers, oxygen concentrators, and hospital beds to patients' homes or healthcare facilities.

• Experience in the medical equipment field.
• Friendly, approachable, and able to handle customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
• Able to clearly communicate product information and assisting customers with their needs.
• Knowledgeable about products, able to make recommendations, and proficient in closing sales.
• Inventory management.
• Physical strength and ability to lift up to 50 pounds, as needed.
