-  - Responsibilities:
Support Store Manager in leading the team and achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales goals and financial plan with a primary focus on employee engagement and a collaborative selling environment;
Oversee daily store procedures including payroll management, cash handling and inventory control;
Assist in interviewing, hiring, training and retention of store team; onboard new hires educating on Beyond Yoga core values and selling culture;
Execute flawless store visual presentation by following corporate visual direction and merchandising adaptations where needed;
Coach and develop staff to increase knowledge and skills, provide opportunities for growth, and manage employee relations
