Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America is hiring a Part-Time Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team on the shop floor, drive sales, train staff, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
You will coach sales associates, lead by example, manage cash handling and opening/closing, and uphold brand values around cruelty-free cosmetics, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, and DEIB. The role offers 20–29 hours weekly at Broadway Plaza in Walnut Creek.
