Position Summary

We are on the lookout for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team at LHH Recruitment Solutions. In this pivotal role, you will contribute significantly to our company’s growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Your primary responsibilities will include building and maintaining client relationships, understanding their specific needs, and effectively promoting our services to meet those needs.

As a Sales Executive, your entrepreneurial mindset is highly valued. You will not only represent our brand but also serve as our sales expert!

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify and target potential clients through effective prospecting and lead generation.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of our services and how they can solve client challenges.
  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other channels.
  • Meet with potential clients and prospects both virtually and in-person.
  • Negotiate and sell our staffing solutions.
  • Develop and implement successful sales strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Present our services to potential clients, addressing inquiries and overcoming objections professionally.
Qualifications and Skills
  • A minimum of three years of relevant professional experience; prior staffing agency experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong skills in cold calling, solution selling, account management, metrics analysis, and delivering presentations.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and competitive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptable and eager to learn about new services and industries.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Hands‑on experience managing pipelines within a CRM and/or ATS strongly preferred

Compensation

The anticipated salary for this position is $70,304 with potential incentives that may include bonuses and/or commissions.

Benefits

Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave.

PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
