We are seeking a motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling new and used cars to customers. Your primary goal will be to meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

• Cold call potential customers to generate leads and schedule appointments
• Conduct outside sales visits to showcase vehicles and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
• Utilize effective sales techniques to negotiate and close deals
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our inventory, including features, specifications, and pricing
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure their continued satisfaction and build long-term relationships
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong outbound sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust
• Organizational skills to manage leads, appointments, and follow-ups effectively
• Proficient in phone etiquette and communication skills
• Familiarity with market trends and competitor offerings is advantageous
• Basic math skills for calculating pricing, discounts, and financing options
