What You'll Do:

As a Junior Account Executive
, you'll play a key role in driving business growth. From prospecting new leads to closing deals, you'll learn every step of the sales cycle while building strong relationships with decision-makers. You'll work alongside a small, high-performing team that values collaboration, hustle, and innovation.

Your day-to-day will include:
  • Learning the foundations of B2B sales
  • Prospecting and nurturing new business accounts
  • Building lasting client relationships and supporting account growth
  • Applying proven sales techniques to meet and exceed goals
  • Participating in ongoing coaching, feedback, and professional development
  • Contributing to a strong, positive team culture and celebrating wins
  • Representing Ryse as we grow our presence across the Bay Area
What We're Looking For
  • Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset
  • Eagerness to learn and growno experience required, just the right attitude
  • Team players who thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments
  • An associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required
  • 0–3 years in a customer-facing, sales, or service role
