Kerae Medical is seeking an Independent Business Development Executive to develop and grow relationships with hospice agencies and skilled nursing facilities within an assigned geographic territory. This role focuses on driving rental and supply revenue by building referral partnerships and expanding Kerae Medical’s presence within the post-acute care space.

This is an independent contractor position
, not an employee role, ideal for a self-motivated healthcare sales professional with existing industry relationships who is motivated by performance-based, recurring revenue.

• Representative will be assigned a defined geographic territory.
• Responsible for all marketing and business development activities within the assigned territory.
• Territory ownership is performance-based and subject to reasonable activity and revenue expectations.
• Kerae Medical reserves the right to modify territory boundaries based on performance or market needs.

• Develop and maintain relationships with hospice agencies and skilled nursing facilities within the assigned territory.
• Promote Kerae Medicals rental equipment and medical supply offerings.
• Generate new referrals and expand existing accounts.
• Conduct in-person and virtual marketing outreach.
• Serve as the primary liaison between client facilities and Kerae Medical.
• Track activity and report sales performance as required.

• 7% residual commission on rentals.
  • Residual commissions are paid only while the rental contract remains active and the Executive is actively engaged with Kerae Medical.
• 10% commission on medical supply sales.
• Minimum base provided strictly to support marketing and business development expenses.
• Unlimited earning potential based on performance.

• This is an independent contractor engagement.
• Executive is responsible for all applicable taxes, insurance, and business expenses beyond the provided marketing base.
• No employee benefits are provided.
• Executive retains control over work schedule and methods, consistent with independent contractor status.

• Experience marketing or selling to hospice agencies and/or skilled nursing facilities.
• Existing relationships in hospice, SNF, or post-acute care strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-directed, organized, and results-oriented.
• Comfortable working independently in a commission-based role.
