The Designer Dedicated Salesperson provides personalized, appointment and event-based selling for a designer brand, building lasting relationships with customers and driving in-store and digital sales. This role champions product knowledge, brand presentation, and customer service while supporting merchandising and team collaboration. The schedule is flexible and varies based on business needs.

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools including text, social media, and reservations.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers through personalized service and follow up.
• Deliver confident styling advice on fit, value, and wardrobe completion to drive purchases.
• Conduct appointment-based selling and participate in events to grow predictable business.
• Lead and attend product knowledge meetings and educate peers on brand trends and assortment.
• Support department readiness through stocking, remerchandising, displays, price markdowns, transfers, and cleaning.
• Open new customer accounts and provide product feedback to management to influence assortment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to cultivate customer relationships.

• Flexible availability based on business needs and comfort with appointment and event based schedules.

• Comfort with a range of price points and the ability to articulate value to customers.
• Physical ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours, perform frequent bending and reaching, and lift items up to 25 pounds.
