You will play a critical role in assisting our international student userbase in attaining their educational goals. The ideal candidate is professional at all times, capable of thriving under pressure, able to quickly assess issues, offer solutions, and make decisions that meet both user and business needs.

• Selling and providing customer resolution via phone calls and email correspondence
• Meet a quota for weekly and monthly sales goals
• Use established procedures (call scripts, email templates) while deviating when needed
• Other responsibilities as assigned

• Associate's degree required;
  Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Interest in problem-solving; ability to gather relevant data, identify root cause, and offer resolution options
• Technical aptitude; quick to learn new technology
• Ability to work independently and manage time
• Culturally sensitive; will communicate with diverse user base in 155+ countries
• Fluency in foreign languages a huge plus
