We deal in pre-owned luxury and exotics such as Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, Range Rover, Audi, and the occasional rare finds. We ve earned a loyal Bay Area following by being honest and doing right by people.

We re a tight crew, which means you d be a real part of this place, not a name on a board. We re looking for a seasoned closer who can own the entire deal (sell the car, sell the backend, secure the financing, and handle the paperwork). This is a senior producer role, not a people-management job. You won t be running schedules or babysitting a board.

You ll do what you do best: close strong deals on cars worth getting excited about, and set the bar for the newer folks by example.

What You'll Do
  • Manage your inbound leads and a large CRM of contacts to sell cars
  • Sell directly to customers and close deals on the floor
  • Present and sell backend products: warranties, GAP, service contracts, and other aftermarket items
  • Secure financing by working with our lender partners and submitting clean, accurate credit applications
  • Complete and sign sales paperwork: purchase contracts, finance documents, and DMV/title paperwork
  • Mentor newer salespeople and share what s made you successful (lead by example, not by managing)
  • Maintain strong relationships with our banks and credit unions

You won t be on an island. Our F&I and title side backs you on funding and title work, so you can stay focused on selling and closing instead of chasing paperwork problems.

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience selling used cars at a dealership
  • Hands-on experience selling backend / F&I products
  • Comfortable working with multiple lenders to get deals bought
  • Strong knowledge of California deal paperwork, title work, and compliance
  • Detail-oriented: you get the paperwork right the first time
  • A strong closer with great people skills who others want to learn from
  • Valid California driver s license and clean driving record
