Walnut Creek, CA – requires a minimum of 4 days in office per week.

The Sales Operations Specialist manages the business relationship with existing clients and prospects and supports all steps of the sales and distribution cycle for the US Division, including quoting, purchase order confirmation, product allocation, invoicing, distribution and claim management.

• Provide overall support for sales operations and purchase order execution/fulfillment with clients.
• Manage the order management process from quoting to completion using CRM/ERP tools.
• Review and process client orders/contracts with a high level of accuracy.
• Participate in the RFP and contract execution process.
• Track and follow‑up on orders.
• Act as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate and complete module deliveries on time and within scope.
• Monitor contract progress and ensure required documentation is submitted on time.
• Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of multiple project deliveries.
• Ensure product availability and allocation; work closely with the planning team.
• Provide clients with status updates of contracted deliveries and confirm schedules.
• Offer technical and administrative product information and analysis.
• Collaborate with billing for project invoicing and credit department for AR issues/client credit availability.
• Partner with order fulfillment and logistics to execute client orders successfully.
• Communicate with Regional Sales Managers to identify sales strategy for each account.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• 2–3 years of B2B sales support, account management, or client services experience.
• AA/BA/BS degree preferred.
• Detail oriented.
• Experience in the solar industry is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency in databases and analytical tools such as SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills – ability to convey information clearly, concisely, and professionally.
• Results‑oriented, organized, highly motivated, and creative.
• Ability to prioritize and multi‑task.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.

• Competitive salary ($100,000–$120,000 annual base) plus performance bonus.
