Sales Executive

Executive Coatings and Contracting, a leader in the construction industry specializing in multifamily and commercial painting, rebranding, and renovation projects, is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the construction or related industry, with a strong focus on generating new business and client relationships, as well as expanding our market presence.

You will collaborate closely with project managers and marketing teams to ensure that client needs are met and that Executive Coatings and Contracting's value propositions are clearly communicated.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Effectively communicate value propositions through proposals and presentations.
• Understand industry-specific landscapes and trends.
• Negotiate contracts with clients and establish a timeline of performance.
• Coordinate with other team members to optimize the sales effort.

Required Skills
