Puragain Water is hiring a Service Scheduler to manage daily routing and scheduling for our field technicians. The role assigns jobs, optimizes routes, and ensures technicians remain fully utilized, making real‑time decisions that impact efficiency, customer experience and revenue.

• Review service notes and determine correct job assignments
• Schedule technicians based on location, skillset, and urgency
• Build efficient daily routes using maps, distance, and time windows
• Track and schedule 12‑month service replacements accurately
• Adjust schedules in real time as jobs change or run long
• Communicate clearly with technicians and the internal team
• Update CRM with accurate scheduling and service data

• Strong reading comprehension and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Comfortable using maps to estimate travel time and distance
• Basic computer proficiency (CRM systems, scheduling tools)
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM

• Experience in scheduling, dispatch, logistics, or operations
• Background in field service, delivery, or route planning
• Familiarity with local Southern California geography

• Salary: $40,000 per year
