Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Front Desk/Receptionist
Our long-standing client in the real estate industry is seeking a polished and professional Receptionist to join their team in Walnut, CA. This individual will serve as the face of the office and play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Position OverviewThe Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal team members. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a welcoming and professional presence.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls with efficiency and accuracy
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain front desk and common areas to ensure a polished office environment
- Coordinate conference room scheduling and meeting logistics
- Assist with administrative support including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Support the real estate team with light reporting, client correspondence, and transaction coordination as needed
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Provide general office support to ensure smooth daily operations
- 1+ year of receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience
- Experience in real estate, property management, escrow, or related industry is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
