Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing order entries, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining efficient communication with various departments. This position is vital for streamlining operations and enhancing customer satisfaction through timely order processing.
Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter and process customer orders into the system.
  • Verify order details, including product availability, pricing, and shipping information.
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status, changes, or issues.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
  • Maintain organized records of orders and customer interactions.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and proofreading documents.
  • Assist in office management duties as needed to support overall operations.
  • Utilize computer software for order tracking and inventory management
  • Filing Duties:
    Organize and maintain paper and electronic files.
  • Basic Bookkeeping:
    Assist with basic accounting tasks and bookkeeping using Quick Books.
  • Dictation:
    Take and transcribe dictation accurately.
  • Organize Office

    Activities:

    Ensure smooth office operations by organizing activities and coordinating schedules.
  • Answer Phones:
    Answer and direct phone calls in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Mail Operations:
    Handle incoming and outgoing mail, operate fax machines, scanners, and voicemail systems.
  • Photocopying:
    Perform photocopying tasks as needed.
  • Data Entry:
    Enter and update data accurately in various systems.
  • Restock Supplies:
    Monitor and restock office supplies as needed.
Qualifications
  • Experience in Quick Books and OMS software preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with order processing and inventory management.
