Sr. Electrical Project Manager

- Develop electrical conceptual designs and one‑line diagrams.
- Design building lighting and power systems.
- Coordinate electrical scope with low voltage systems.
- Interface with external engineering teams, contractors, and vendors.
- Conduct photometric studies and preliminary coordination studies.
- Prepare documentation for Title 24 compliance.
- Support construction processes through a clear understanding of project flow.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field; PE license required.
- 5 or more years of experience in building electrical systems design.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Word, Excel, and Bluebeam.
- Experience with AGI
32, Elum Tools or Visual Lighting Software. - Familiarity with eTAP and/or SKM for power systems analysis.
- Strong knowledge of NEC and local building codes.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- LEED accreditation is a plus.
