• Develop electrical conceptual designs and one‑line diagrams.
• Design building lighting and power systems.
• Coordinate electrical scope with low voltage systems.
• Interface with external engineering teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Conduct photometric studies and preliminary coordination studies.
• Prepare documentation for Title 24 compliance.
• Support construction processes through a clear understanding of project flow.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field; PE license required.
• 5 or more years of experience in building electrical systems design.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Word, Excel, and Bluebeam.
• Experience with AGI
  32, Elum Tools or Visual Lighting Software.
• Familiarity with eTAP and/or SKM for power systems analysis.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and local building codes.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• LEED accreditation is a plus.
