Job DutiesDirect the electrical design and system review of oral scanners, dental 3
Dprinters, and CAD/CAM-integrated devices used in clinical and lab environments. Lead customer requirement analysis and provide technical solutions throughout product development, delivery, and post-delivery tracking. Develop analog/digital circuits and perform signal integrity testing on hardware used in imaging and data-transfer applications. Utilize AutoCAD and Cadence for PCB and schematic design, especially during R&D and New Product Introduction phases. Perform chipset-level debugging using tools such as Debug Expert to configure hardware-software communication and ensure system connectivity.
Analyze performance metrics with statistical tools such as SPSS and Excel Data Analysis to improve operational efficiency and field performance. Lead root cause analysis and testing to resolve technical faults in production, development, and material inspection processes. Provide post-sales technical support and contribute to continuous product enhancement based on feedback from clinical users. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, R&D) and external customers to align product specifications with clinical demands.
Research emerging technologies in dental electronics and contribute to next-generation product roadmaps and strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related or foreign equivalent + 5 years of experience as Electrical Engineer, Hardware Engineer, or related occupation, including 5 years of experience in leading technical engineering projects from customer requirements to post-delivery support, hardware testing, fault analysis, and improving production and R&D processes. Some travel to visit clients and attend trade shows or exhibitions.
