Job Description

This role involves engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist them with conducting transactions through self‑service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. Responsibilities include accurately and efficiently processing cash transactions and having deep conversations with clients to understand their financial and life priorities, then connecting them to solutions that meet their goals.

This position is open for the entire market; the specific Financial Center location will be based on business needs. If you are offered a position, you will train at one financial center and may subsequently be assigned to another location within a reasonable commuting distance of your home, as permitted by applicable law.

• Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence
• Build relationships with clients to meet their financial needs
• Follow established processes and guidelines to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations
• Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments
• Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively
• Drive the client experience
• Manage cash responsibilities

• Flexible to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed

• Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions
• One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
• Six months of cash handling experience
• Bachelor's Degree or business‑relevant Associate's Degree (business management, business administration, or finance)
• Bilingual Mandarin (desired)

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent

• Pay range: $25.00 - $26.77 hourly, offers determined by experience, education, and skill set
