HR Recruiter ​/ Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities Recruitment

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple positions.
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Review resumes and conduct phone screenings.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Prepare offer letters and support the hiring process.
• Build talent pipelines and maintain a positive candidate experience.

• Prepare onboarding documents and paperwork.
• Conduct new employee orientation.
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

• Maintain recruitment records and employee files.
• Assist with OSHA training and HR compliance.
• Support employee events and other HR projects as needed.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• 2+ years of Human Resources experience.
• Experience recruiting for warehouse, logistics, operations, or corporate roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ATS or HRIS systems is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin Chinese is required.

• Experience in logistics, manufacturing, or 3PL industries.
