Operation Coordinator

Core Required Skills and

Competencies:

• Multilingual is a plus
• Good at customer service and communication skills by email and phone.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• The ability to learn quickly and work efficiently as productivity goals must be met.
• Good organizational skills as this position requires working with multiple departments and following up with clients and other related parties.

• Develop and implement strategic operational and business plans.
• Negotiate rates and build relationships with the vendors.
• Account maintenance and communication with overseas offices to ensure international and customer expectations are met.
• Team player with a positive attitude, individual initiative and good communication skills is a must.
• Follow Falcon Logistics Global given procedures and processes well.

• Operation

• 1 years or above is a plus

• 1 years or above is a plus

• High School Graduate / Bachelor's Degree Preferred

• Must have SSN and legal status to work in USA (not accepting OPT at this time)

• $4000- $6500/Month (Subject to past experience, working history, and performance, negotiable)

• Yearly Bonus and Project Bonus available (Subject to performance)
