• Strong mechanical aptitude and 3+ years of hands‑on assembly experience.

• Ability to train, coach, and develop team members.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.

• Perform mechanical assembly using detailed work instructions, specifications, and quality standards.
• Lead daily production activities by organizing workflows, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress.
• Serve as a technical resource for assemblers by answering questions and providing guidance.
• Identify, communicate, and document process deviations or production concerns.
• Help maintain production schedules and support on‑time completion of customer orders.
• Train and mentor new and existing team members on assembly processes, tools, and safety procedures.
• Conduct quality checks and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot assembly and process issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, changes, and production feedback.
• Promote a safe, efficient, and team‑oriented work environment.
