Requirements- Strong mechanical aptitude and 3+ years of hands‑on assembly experience.
- Proven ability to lead by example and support team success.

- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with production, engineering, and quality teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
- Ability to train, coach, and develop team members.
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.

- Perform mechanical assembly using detailed work instructions, specifications, and quality standards.
- Lead daily production activities by organizing workflows, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress.
- Serve as a technical resource for assemblers by answering questions and providing guidance.
- Identify, communicate, and document process deviations or production concerns.
- Help maintain production schedules and support on‑time completion of customer orders.
- Train and mentor new and existing team members on assembly processes, tools, and safety procedures.
- Conduct quality checks and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot assembly and process issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, changes, and production feedback.
- Promote a safe, efficient, and team‑oriented work environment.
