Environmental Compliance
We are hiring an EHS Coordinator to maintain and improve workplace safety and environmental compliance programs in accordance with OSHA, UOSH, and regulatory requirements.
Location:
Garden Grove or City of Industry.
- Conduct safety training and hazard analysis.
- Lead incident investigations and hazardous waste management.
- Prepare environmental reporting and maintain compliance documentation (SDS records, permits, prevention plans).
- Oversee audits, corrective actions, hazardous material handling, and environmental monitoring.
- Support safe, compliant, and efficient operations.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required for experienced candidates.
- Ability to work hands‑on with the production team.
- Experience in a CNC machining environment.
- Familiarity with OSHA reporting logs.
- Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local safety and environmental regulations.
- Basic understanding and navigation of safety resources, including OSHA protocols and compliance.
- Understanding of OSHA Voluntary Protection Program and objectives to work toward certification.
- Understanding of Continuous Improvement (CI) and safety’s role in CI initiatives.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office software and Windows operating system.
- Working knowledge of general office procedures, filing systems, data entry techniques and business equipment.
- Ability to thrive in a changing, fast‑paced, growing and dynamic business.
- Detail oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
