Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and other security-related duties appropriate to a healthcare location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations to site leadership and/or emergency personnel as needed;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions;
Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas, verify credentials when required, and document daily activities, incidents, and security-related concerns according to post procedures;
Support emergency response activities, assist with directions and general assistance, and communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and/or first responders during routine and urgent events
