Insecta Pest Solutions is seeking an experienced and licensed Termite Operator to oversee termite services, ensure quality control, and lead technicians in delivering high-standard work. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

• Oversee and manage all termite operations, including inspections, treatments, and follow-ups
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with California regulations and company standards
• Supervise and support termite technicians, providing training and accountability
• Conduct quality assurance inspections on completed work
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and treatment records
• Schedule and coordinate termite jobs efficiently
• Monitor and manage chemical usage, storage, and safety procedures
• Ensure all team members are following PPE and safety requirements at all times
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings, recommendations, and services

• 10+ years of Termite Technician experience required
• Valid Branch 3 Operator License (California)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to hold employees accountable and enforce company standards
• In-depth knowledge of pest control methods, materials, and safety regulations
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, especially with documentation and scheduling
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Previous experience managing or leading a termite division or team
• Experience with inspections, WDO reports, and escrow-related termite work
