• Deliver a seamless customer experience throughout the project.
• Manage subcontractor performance and ensure high quality installation.
• Maintain job profitability by controlling budgets, change orders, material usage, and collections.
• Ensure installation quality and that jobs are completed clean, documented, and paid.
• Plan projects before they begin, reviewing contracts, measurements, materials, scope, and logistics.
• Identify and resolve risks and missing details before crews arrive.
• Hold people accountable, coaching subcontractors and correcting installers promptly.
• Communicate proactively with customers, keeping homeowners informed and responsive.
• Inspect jobsites, verify materials, resolve warranty issues, and coordinate with sales and office staff.
