Site Manager​/Program Specialist- Residential Mental Health

Hours:

8am-4pm Monday‑Friday with on‑call requirements
Salary: $41,600 annually

We are seeking a Site Manager to join our Specialized Supported Housing Program. The program provides services that are individually based, community‑focused, homelike, and recovery‑oriented with the primary goals:

• Providing 24‑hour supervision in a residential environment
• Promoting stabilization of physical and behavioral health symptoms
• Assisting individuals to develop and maintain skills necessary for living in the most integrated setting possible
• Promoting safety through assistance with self‑preservation skills
• Supervision of daily living activities
• Providing medication management
• Providing education, training and support
• Providing training in problem solving
• Providing social and recreational skills training to improve leisure planning and to facilitate healthy and positive interpersonal relationships
• Providing support that promotes family inclusion

The Site Manager/Program Specialist is responsible for:

• Overseeing program operations, administration, program facilities, and providing leadership within the Specialized Supported Housing program.
• Obtaining client funds.
• Scheduling medical appointments for clients and ensuring attendance at scheduled appointments.
• Supervising Residential Counselors on site.

Education, Employment and Credential Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, education, or another human services field and a minimum of three (3) years of experience in mental health with at least two (2) years in a supervisory position.
• Valid PA State Criminal, FBI (based on residency outside of PA), and Child Abuse clearances.
• CPR with AED & First Aid certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Clearance must be updated every 3 years per COMHAR policy.
• Valid driver’s license required (must be able to travel within COMHAR service areas during the day to provide appropriate oversight and coordination).
• Physical examination including Hepatitis B screening and TB test.
• Medication Administration Certification – completion required within 90 days of hire.

Salary: $41,600 annually (41600 – 41600 Yearly Salary)
