This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager located in Walpole, MA. The Account Manager will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and maintaining strong relationships. Responsibilities include managing customer accounts, overseeing the planning and implementation of landscape projects, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The role also involves addressing client needs, coordinating with the operations team, and identifying opportunities for additional services.

• Client relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Project management and organizational skills for overseeing landscape projects
• Knowledge of landscaping practices, maintenance, and creative landscaping solutions
• Experience in account management, customer service, and meeting client needs
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams and ensure operational efficiency
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience in the landscaping, property management, or facilities management industry is highly beneficial
