We are seeking a talented Landscape Architect to design and oversee custom residential landscape projects from initial concept through construction. This hands-on role combines creative design, technical documentation, and collaboration with construction teams to bring outdoor spaces to life.

As a Landscape Architect, you will produce detailed plans, coordinate with clients and field teams, and ensure that each project meets aesthetic, functional, and technical goals. This role is ideal for a designer with strong creative vision, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with project managers and construction staff to deliver exceptional residential landscapes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop custom landscape concepts, designs, and construction documents for residential projects
  • Prepare detailed plans, specifications, and permit-ready documents to guide construction
  • Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure designs are practical and constructible
  • Coordinate with clients to refine project goals, design intent, and requirements
  • Support projects through design revisions, site visits, and field coordination
  • Ensure all designs align with client expectations, aesthetic quality, and technical standards
Requirements
  • Degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field
  • Experience producing landscape designs and construction documents for residential projects
  • Proficiency in landscape design and drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, or similar)
  • Strong design sensibility with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with clients and construction teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
