Friendly and collegial private practice seeks a Psychiatrist for outpatient services just south of Boston, MA. Partner track role with outstanding administrative support.
Compensation Benefits- Salary: $250,000 – $320,000 per year

1 location, 30 person team (13 NPs, psychiatrists, and therapists). The practice has been in operation for 8 years, founded by a psychiatrist with 20+ years of clinical experience and leadership, and has received several awards in psychiatry.

- Opportunities to acquire additional skills and involvement in teaching NP students
Monday–Friday, no weekend work or minimal call. 1 hour for new patients, followed by 3–4 follow‑up patients per hour. Primarily adult patient load; ability to see adolescents. Average 15–20 patients per day.
Initially 100% on site, with transition to 60% telepsych and 2 days on site / 3 days remote.
Conditions treated include depression, anxiety, eating disorders, ADHD, bipolar disorder, marital conflict, and personality disorders.
QualificationsPsychiatrist with BE or BC.
