Bi-County Collaborative is seeking full-time Paraprofessionals for its Summit Therapeutic Programs. Paraprofessional positions support special education students by providing social and academic support as well as behavioral interventions and therapeutic strategies to help students meet their potential. The right candidate is eager to work with middle and senior high school students, dependable, and committed to fostering a positive learning environment. Candidates should be flexible and willing to learn through hands‑on experiences, professional development workshops, and consultation with teachers, clinicians, and specialists.

Social Emotional Paraprofessional: Provide academic support, social coaching, and positive behavioral support in a small group setting under the direct supervision of a special education teacher.

Candidates will be dependable, organized, patient, and enjoy celebrating students' successes, whether big or small, as part of a collaborative team.
