Bi-County Collaborative is seeking full‑time Paraprofessionals. Paraprofessional positions support special education students by providing social and academic support, behavioral interventions, and therapeutic strategies to enable students to reach their potential. The ideal candidate is eager to work with elementary school children, dependable, and committed to a positive learning environment that meets students’ individual needs. Candidates should be flexible and willing to learn through hands‑on experiences, professional development workshops, and collaboration with teachers, clinicians, and specialists.

Social Emotional Paraprofessional
:
Provide academic support, social coaching, and positive behavioral support in a small group setting under the direct supervision of a special education teacher.

Candidates will be dependable, organized, patient, and enjoy celebrating students’ successes, big or small, as part of a collaborative team.
