Service area:
Central/Western, CT or Brewster, NY. Shift after onboarding training:
Mon – Fri, mid‑late shift.
- Service imaging equipment in the Western CT / Brewster, NY area as a Customer Service Engineer.
- Install, service, maintain and modify Siemens imaging equipment at customer sites.
- Deliver timely repairs and provide operator training for optimal system performance, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage financial performance in the territory, meeting or exceeding budget for revenue generation, expense control and inventory management.
- Maintain company assets such as a company car, cell phone, computer, tools and inventory parts.
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers and peers, and perform necessary administrative duties accurately.
- Knowledge and experience performing service, preventive maintenance and modifications on medical imaging equipment at customer sites with minimal supervision.
- Ability to establish and maintain business relationships with customers and peers, and perform administrative duties accurately.
- Experience in testing, repairing and maintaining capital medical equipment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using tools and service test equipment.
- Minimum high school diploma, technical degree or equivalent experience.
- 1–2+ years of field service experience desired.
- Proficient in using tools and service test equipment; able to work individually and in a team.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to travel and serve in assigned geography; willingness to participate in on‑call rotation after training and certification.
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record; ability to drive day and night.
- Physical requirements:
lifting up to 50 lbs, walking, ladder/stair climbing, bending, twisting, sitting, squatting, standing, high‑reach, fine grasp manipulation, good vision.
