Cake, confetti, and you're the star of the show. Launch Family Entertainment in Norwood is hiring Birthday Party Hosts to run the best hour of some kid's whole year, every single shift.

Pay
: $15.25–$17.00/hour, based on experience

Schedule
:
Part-time, Flexible Schedule

What you'll do:

• Greet party guests and help them through waivers, wristbands, and footwear
• Run through trampoline safety rules before playtime kicks off
• Coordinate private dodgeball games with the court monitors
• Set up and reset party tables so every zone looks sharp
• Keep the party on schedule, food, cake, and games right on time
• Serve food and beverages, coordinate mascot photos, and make sure every package detail is covered
• Promote party add-ons and merchandise, and handle payments accurately
• Send the birthday child a thank-you note after the party
• Handle opening and closing duties and flag any shortages or concerns to management

What we’re looking for:

• Outgoing, enthusiastic, and ready to bring the energy every party
• Strong communication and customer service instincts
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy room
• Server or party host experience a plus, not required
