Provides ongoing supervision of residents' health-related activities and follows health care instructions from professionals.;
Assists residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, hygiene, dressing, toileting, mobility/transfers, and dining.;
Records and communicates resident status; documents incidents and supports accurate record-keeping.;
Communicates with residents, families, and staff; participates in daily programs and life enrichment activities.;
Responds to emergencies and uses the personal emergency response system; seeks backup as needed.
