• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care with clear goals and expected outcomes
• Diagnose patients by reviewing history, observing movements, and listening to concerns
• Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent injury
• Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence‑based, patient‑centered care while maintaining clinical and documentation standards

• Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in the state of Rhode Island
