Job Summary

Premier Healthcare at Harrington House is seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead the daily operations of our long-term care facility. • Oversee the overall operations of the long-term care facility.

• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

• Lead, support, and develop department heads and facility staff.

• Maintain high standards of resident care and satisfaction.

• Manage budgets, financial performance, and census growth.

• Foster strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and community partners.

• Monitor quality measures and implement improvements where needed.

• Support staffing strategies, retention efforts, and a positive facility culture.

• Ensure survey readiness and effective execution of plans of correction when necessary.

• Active Nursing Home Administrator license.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrator in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting.

• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, operations, and reimbursement.

• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Commitment to providing high-quality, resident-centered care.

• Competitive wages: $150,000 - $175,000 annually, based on experience.
