The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that documentation is processed in a timely, and more importantly, accurate manner.

Responsibilities

  • Process day-to-day documentation is a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ability to support multiple projects, provide status reports, and coordinate between cross-functional teams.
  • Handle internal document requests for off-site storage (Iron Mountain).
  • Review and Load Customer Facing Labeling including Instructions-For-Use (IFUs) and Assigned Value Cards into Documentum and ensure internal Document Library is updated accurately.
  • Ensure all internal training is completed on time.
  • Support SAP PLM/ERP Coordinators when required.
  • Support document retrieval requests during internal or external audits.
  • Provide project support with Documentum to ETQ (Electronic Quality Management system) transition.
  • Drive continuous improvement within current procedures and practices.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, And Experience

  • 8+ years documentation control experience in a regulated industry (GMP/ISO).
  • Experience with EDMS systems, preferably Documentum or ETQ.
  • Experience with SAP (PLM/ERP modules).
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Requires high level of focus and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Associate’s Degree preferred, but minimum High School diploma or equivalent, with experience will be considered.

The Annual Base Pay For This Position Is

Min $62,300 - Max $93,500

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
